나의 작품은 작품에 사용되는 탄성 높은 철의 사용과 선형적인 드로잉 조각 형태 그리고 관계를 잇는 재료의 매듭에 주목할 필요성이 있다.
이는 작품에서의 절단과 마무리가 나의 의지에 따라 달라짐과 같다. 마치 공산품으로 창조해낸 간결한 미니멀리즘을 선사하는 듯 하나 내가 결정한 관계의 마무리는 저마다 마치 그의 기호인 마냥 상당한 변주를 보여준다.

작품 창조의 의지를 갖고 자신만의 기호를 철저한 붓 대신 손과 공구로 드로잉을 하는 조각가로 한정할 수 없는 창조자임을 지키는 것이다.



My work invites attention to the use of highly elastic steel, the linear forms of sculptural drawing, and the knots of materials that bind relationships.
Each knot, each line, each curve, is an intentional interruption and continuation—just as the act of severing and finishing in my work shifts according to my will.
Though it may appear as though my pieces deliver the refined minimalism of mass-produced goods, the way I conclude each relational junction—each union of material—reveals a vast array of variations, as if each were a signature glyph.

I am not merely a sculptor who draws with hands and tools instead of brushes, but a creator who upholds the will to create and the singularity of personal symbols beyond categorization.
